how to create a home inventory for insurance claimsWe are always looking to improve HomeSpot HQ and make it the best tool out there to help you manage your home. To further accomplish this goal we added three new features: home inventory, vendor list, and multiple properties.

The home inventory allows you to log items of value into a secure online spot. If you do have an emergency (e.g. fire), you can print out the inventory and provide the insurance company with detailed lists to ensure you get the full value of the claim.

The vendor list is a great way to save the contractors and service professionals you love most. You can also associate them with projects you’ve logged into home profile.

The ability to add multiple properties was the most requested feature. It is easy to now add a second property and expand your home management to a rental or a vacation house.
