Glass Jars
These can be used in pretty much the same way as jewelry boxes, however you can also find a way to use them for storing nails, screws and other mechanical tidbits. They are an old, time-tested solution to the problem of needing space for storage in your garage. They could also be used to store other belongings in much the same way – use superglue and attach them to the underside of a surface, as long as they don’t clash with the interior of the room.
Shower curtain bars
If there is one thing about those, it is that they can be used for so much more than just shower curtains. If you have a lot of purses or light clothes, but you don’t have the space to put them up or your close lacks a bar for some reason, then use these for a portable and adaptive solution. Just place them inside and combine them with some light hangers and you’re done.
