Step Six – Glue and Screw the Headboard
Using the jig again, drill four holes on the back of the platform, at its sides. Direct the holes toward the edge of the platform, where the posts will attach. Next, using two thin pieces of wood as spacers, rest the platform upside down on the spacers and apply glue to its sides. Last, attach the platform to the posts with screws. Let the glue dry overnight.
