How To Create a Multi-Drawer Look

Measure the drawers on your dresser. Divide the width in half and subtract 1/16” from the measurement.

Cut the wood veneer into pieces that will fit the full height of the drawer front and half the width less 1/16”. Use a carpenter’s square to mark off the measurements on the veneer. The gap in the center of the drawers will be 1/8” when the veneer is applied to the drawer front. Sand the edges of the veneer to ensure there are no splinters or rough edges.
