Our first is due March 23rd and we couldn't be more excited! The big project immediately became remodeling the nursery, which turned out to be a lot more work than expected. Alas, in the end everything turned out great!
Rachel and I lived in New York City for only 13 months, but loved it dearly. We left kicking and screaming with frequent visits back to the Big Apple yearly. To cling on to past memories, we decorated a lot of the room with art from the city. The mobile above the crib is from the Guggenheim. It is actually post cards from their gift shop attached to a mobile. The little print prints above the changing table are from street vendors on the Upper East Side along 5th Avenue. And the large print on the far wall is a depiction of a famous Banksy street graphic on 9th and Broadway.
