Great, thorough service and I was able to get on the schedule rather quick.
Nathan is highly knowledgeable in his career. He took the time to talk to me about wasp behavior (my main pest problem), and gave extra ideas to help keep that problem to a minimum moving forward.
Decided to use this company because we were moving from one place into our new home and the insurance company contracted them for possible termite damage. We knew there was a good chance we would bring roaches with us and wanted to also get a FULL spray. I made sure to emphasize this to the woman over the phone. When the guy came out to spray first off he was older and sexist. When I asked him about clean up after he sprays he says we don’t need to do anything because it is just a deterrent spray. I let him know that was NOT what we asked for and he assured me that we wouldn’t see any roaches after he sprayed. He for sure lied. When I contacted the office after receiving the $175 bill they said they would look into it I let them know I would NOT be paying for it. 2 years later I still randomly get a bill here and there. They will never see a red penny from me though.

The day Hunter arrived the last week of September, he showed up on time and smiling. He explained the scope of his services and how I needed to protect myself and my belongings during the treatments.
Admittedly, I was embarrassed to show him how geckos and assorted creepies had made their way through holes in the screens and window seals caused by flying debris during tornados in Garland County in May and July. Behind three layers of heavy drapes in hot humid summer, the pests had a field day before we discovered their shenanigans.
The good news is Hunter knows his poisons and traps like his name implies. I felt confidence in his quiet, deliberate inspection and treatment. In fact, he was so polite and unobtrusive, I was able to work while he was here.

I had tried a different pest control company before, but it seemed to not help at all with the exception of the sticky traps. I thought I was in a hopeless situation. Someone recommended Adam’s and I am soo glad that I gave them a try. My pests are almost non existent now. If I have the occasional spider show up, I just contact Nathan and he gets me a quickly on his schedule to eradicate the issue. I am pleased and thankful!
