Terminix in Bono, AR
I recently had a crawl space insulation removal and encapsulation done. Upon completion, I inspected it and noticed that it was not completely done. They sent someone out to check, and they agreed it was not done. So they then came back out to complete the job.
Since that time I have again inspected it and noticed that it is still not completed. Not only did they not complete the job, but I am also paying for and was charged for a full 2400 sq feet, when only roughly 1800sq feet was completed.
For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to get in touch with them to come back out and inspect it, to either complete the job or reimburse me for what was not completed.
No one will call me back, or respond to any emails. Very disappointed, and I don’t know what else to do to get them to contact me or finish the job.
We have had Terminix for about 4 years. Everytime there has been an issue with some part of their work. But I have been having the worst customer service issues since Jan 2025. I have called to have our yearly inspection done since Jan. I have spoke with them at least 6-7 times and no one has showed up. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and was told that they don’t have a manager to speak with . Then call back and they put me on hold for approx 20 min waiting on a manager and no one answered. Called back and operator told me that they don’t have a manager to talk to. So I would NOT give them a favorable recommendation. We are changing companies due to the worst customer service !

He sent a text letting me know he was on his way. He was very polite when I opened the door. He gave me his card then played with my little dog. He then went to work. He got finished and came to the door. Told me everything was fine and he would send me an email. Very nice man.
I would highly recommend Terminix for all your pest problems they are very professional and they do a great job they even follow up on how you are doing I wont use any one else. Cody and Dillon was so polite and put me at ease
