Still have spiders and if you try to cancel they have a script they will read you. They are all trained to lie. But they’re great peeps. The technician was mad I wasn’t home and sprayed my security camera and ruined it.
Jacob was very informative! He explained in detail how he was going to treat my house exterior & yard. I asked him to address 2 places i see flying insects & he was well prepared!!! To my surprise, he was concerned about my dog making sure the gate was closed and ensuring i knew how long to wait before letting my dog out. He is very professional, respectful & punctual. Great Job!!!
For my 1st time, I was a bit nervous but Dillon was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was professional, respectful, and helpful. For example, he began the process outdoors, then needed to make his way indoors, prior to the transition he had already wrapped his shoes to up keep the cleanliness inside my home. I truly appreciate that! He made the process smooth and efficient! Took no longer than 30 minutes! I especially love that the product is pet friendly as I have 3 pups ! Thank you Dillon!! 🙂
Walker was phenomenal! He was friendly and worked quickly. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why; also made sure all questions were answered. He brought another technician to be able to get done quickly. Walker also went over information before he started to ensure I understood terms, greatly appreciated!

Collin the technician was wonderful. It was our 1st visit so he made sure we understood the contract and everything he did. Also Talon your sales representative was very clear on your terms and conditions including the 80% if we canceled before the end of the contract. Both of these gentleman were professional and courteous.
