Love these guys! Sure they have a great price, but oh boy is their customer service stellar! I have an 18-month contract with them. They come out quarterly, but also do no-cost triage if you have an unexpected issue while under contract. Sugar ants appeared in our pantry last summer but never came back after Flex treated. Fernando has serviced us occasionally, including today. He’s always very considerate, polite, and delivers service quietly – which is very important since I work from home and I’m always on Zoom calls. I’ll tell ya – he went beyond the line of duty today! I apparently didn’t shut the front door all the way after greeting him and a giant wind gust blew it open. So unbeknownst to me, my dog ran out without a collar while I was on a Zoom call and Fernando quickly rang the bell to alert me, which was the difference between a slight inconvenience and an afternoon full of worry and searching. Canine fiasco aside, I also had some landscapers on property doing some work and they, too, were rather impressed with Fernando‘s service delivery, speed, and efficiency. I’ll be making an official new customer referral as a result!
Living out in the woods, we have a ton of bugs. Flex has been great in making sure we never see them INSIDE the house. And if they make it inside- they’re an easy text away.
Alex is amazing. I was out of town and we had wasp swarming and coming in thru the fireplace. He showed up today was professional, polite and went over and beyond to make sure we wouldn’t be having the initial anymore. My wife and I and my grandbaby are forever grateful
