Gabriel is always very kind and helpful! Really, every person I’ve interacted with has been fantastic.
Only thing I’d mention for awareness is that they recently made a system change that impacts their automated communication for confirmation and reminder notices . My last, most recent, appointment I received notice less than 24hr advance and without any timeframe.
I am pretty confident in my memory of their old system giving more notice and details. I also feel like I used to receive a reminder the day of with details, but didn’t get one with their new system :(.
Regardless, and thankfully, their representatives are easy to access via text or call and are extremely understanding and supportive in offering assistance.
Despite their new system having some flaws, their quality, friendly, and overall consistent exceptional customer service supersedes others in the industry. 10/10 still recommend!
Just had my quarterly spray. Alex and Robert were professional, friendly and thorough. They took time to address my concerns, and per usual gave me a report at the end of the visit. I have always had good service experiences with Flex Pest and I love that it’s truly a local company. Highly recommend!
Sebastian came by to spray for spiders and was very polite and respectful. He did his job well and quickly. Flex has always been very good at keeping pests away for us. I highly recommend.
Drake did an amazing job describing in detail what all we needed done and the services they provided. Very quick response time, numerous pests knocked out with one treatment, getting all of the webs and nests down etc. The list could go on and on. Give Drake and his FLEX team a try if you want the comfort of knowing your family and pets are safer year round!
I just started service with Flex pest. Was referred by a friend who used them for years and so far so good. Excellent communication. Very professional. Answered my questions and was pet friendly. Sebastian graciously pet my obnoxious dog to appease the needy beast LOL
