West Pest Control gives great service. Very responsive and good communication. The one year, 4 application program is a good value. Harley was out yesterday and was very friendly and respectful of our property.
So last year is when it got bad. When you water down chemicals then add on treatments that’s actually ripping the costumer off. Furthermore I know for a fact they didn’t treat my backyard at least, AT LEAST, 3 times last year. Gave them another chance this year and I got crab grass and I guess small trees growing in my lawn. I have complained at least 4 times in the past year and was told a manager will be talking to me and have NEVER heard from anybody. Who is this Chad guy ? Never heard of him. Wonder why. And take your automated ” management will get back to you” and stick it because they never do. Other people in this neighborhood or concerned to, now I will be on a mission to get everybody to change company’s. Bet you hear me now.
Harley was tge tech who came out for my periodic inspection yesterday. He was polite, well prepared and completed his tasks with minimal noise other than what was expected. When Finnish, he came back and gave a report of his findings to me, including pictures he took of some duct damage he found, and mentioned the vapor barrier needed some attention another recommendation to treat some recently replaced joists with antifungal. I’ve had goid service from West for several years and Harley continued their record of goid service. Thanks!
