Our tech Gary was great. He arrived at his scheduled time and explained the entire extermination process in great detail and answered all of my questions. Since we needed multiple visits, I appreciate that the same person came out each time.

Due to weather changes, the initial service needed to be delayed a day, but Donald was great at communicating his availability and did a thorough job at our home. I recommend them to anyone looking for pest control in the NOVA area.
Our experience with Connor’s has been good. They always call in advance to confirm when they are coming, they show up on time, and they don’t mind walking you through what they’re doing. We ended up going with a much simpler plan than was pitched to us at the initial consultation, but it has been working.
