Today was our initial visit, and we could not be more pleased. Samuel called ahead of time to advise that he was on his way. He arrived promptly and went above and beyond to provide thorough, outstanding service. He answered all our questions and concerns and was very clear about the plan going forward. We are thrilled to have Samuel as our technician. He is clearly a skilled, knowledgeable, and diligent professional!
I had a European hornets nest in the trunk of a decaying tree about 35 feet up in my backyard. During the days, they were swarming the whole property and at nights they were gathered around any outdoor lights that were on. Easily over 100 in the nest from what I saw. With 2 little girls, I didn’t feel safe to let them play in their own yard. Other pest services wouldn’t even come out due to the height of the nest location. Others gave me outrageous quotes for the job. One came in at almost 7X as much as what Green Pest did it for. Shout out to Roger Brumley, the technician who took care of the problem, and came back just today for a follow up visit to assure we were in the clear. Even though it was technically out of their “25 foot range” limits. (typically due to equipment length restrictions and safety reasons, of course) Roger still came through, hopped on a ladder, and took care of our problem with ease. Photos attached showing nest location and a drone shot I took when I was shopping for services. Best price I came across, no sales team tried selling me monthly services in the process, awesome customer service on all ends, and no more hornets.
Wesley has been to my home several times to treat the inside and the outside as needed. Communication from this company is excellent prior to their visit. Likewise, Wesley and his supervisor who has at times done the treatment with him, are professional and are great communicators. They are able to explain in detail about the chemicals they are using and why. I am on their quarterly treatment schedule and would recommend same to any homeowner.

From the moment he arrived, he was highly professional, clearly explaining each step of the removal process. Victor made sure I understood what to expect after the nest was gone and walked me through the warranty details. He also provided valuable tips on how to prevent new nests from forming in the future. His thoroughness and expertise gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Victor and the company for anyone dealing with similar issues!
