My pest pros is always quick to respond to any issues and all of their techs are very friendly and professional. We just had Manny come to our house to help with an ant problem and he was kind, efficient and professional.
We got exclusion service done by them because of the good ratings, but were both generally disappointed with haphazard foaming that still left gaps that we had to correct with our own foam and they were insistent on foaming up the pipes around the laundry, knocked them out of place and caused a leak. Showed manager photos of laundry leak, he said he’d get back to me and then didn’t. It was pretty clear that the 15 min foam job wasn’t it, and we still of course had mice. Recommend Biotech instead, haven’t had mice since (they correctly did exclusion work in water closet like we asked) Paid $350 here for non solution and pipes to fix. Did not hear back.
