Rossi Pest Services does a great job. The entire staff is professional, helpful, friendly and willing to help. Chris was the most recent Tech who came to my home and he was all of the above. I would recommend Rossi Pest Services to anyone looking for quality and service at a reasonable cost.
I submitted a request for assistance with mice coming into my home for the past couple years during the winter. Jack came out to inspect my home for any entry points and provided me with helpful insights into potential entry points, as well as tips and tricks to mitigate and seal them off.
Additionally, he provided not only his time, but also provided a couple snap traps and was all free of charge for the visit and the traps! I am thoroughly impressed with Jack and Rossi Pest services and will use them for all pest services in the future!

We’ve had a mouse problem for months and none of the traps I set up worked – Joe has come out multiple times, explained everything clearly, been very patient, and set up traps and bait stations – he consistently comes to check in and provide new traps/bait. Not only has he set traps & bait stations to catch the mice, but he’s worked to prevent their access into the home altogether by sealing any gaps that he’s identified.
We’ve had a lot of success catching mice and I haven’t seen any since Joe began his work!

Jack was really helpful throughout the treatment here! He was definitely really knowledgeable and also so so helpful in making sure we knew exactly what he was doing and what the products were doing. Highly recommend!
