Due to weather changes, the initial service needed to be delayed a day, but Donald was great at communicating his availability and did a thorough job at our home. Our experience with Connor’s has been good. They always call in advance to confirm when they are coming, they show up on time, and they don’t mind walking you through what they’re doing. We ended up going with a much simpler plan than was pitched to us at the initial consultation, but it has been working.
