Absolutely fantastic service! I’ve been using Accel for routine maintenance, and they’ve exceeded my expectations every time. Tina is always prompt, professional, and thorough in her work. It was amazing finding Accel Pest & Termite Control. Firstly, the office staff were extremely nice and scheduling was effortless. They were able to send someone out sane day to access and provide us with a quote for service. Marvin arrived in a timely manner to preform the termite service. My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge, care and attention to details. We’re very glad we went with someone local vs those big name pest companies that essentially are over charging for the service.
I can’t recommend Paul enough for pest control! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood exactly what was going on and how he planned to handle it. You can tell he truly cares about doing a great job and helping people feel safe and comfortable in their homes again.
I made an appointment on Wednesday with the service desk attendant (I don’t remember her name) but she was super helpful with all the questions I asked. She was extremely patient and helped me calculate different prices of services. She answered all my questions and even had information for questions I didn’t know I had. Jason came out on Friday. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to tell me what kind of wasps were building nests on my home and how long they were there based on the size of the nest. He meticulously walked around the house inspecting anywhere the nests could be and knocked down all of the nests along with spraying to ensure they do not come back. He walked me around the property to show where he sprayed and knocked down the nests. When one wasp came looking for their nest he waited with spray to ensure the wasp would not come back. THAT is customer service. I highly recommend.
Michael is one of the best technicians Accel Pest Control has! Always courteous and friendly as well as very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help, no matter the situation. We can always depend on him for his valuable advice and information!
