Second year with Talent Termite and would like to say they are very professional. Office staff are quick with responding, the technician Ricky was courteous and answered questions and told me exactly what he was doing. They are also very mindful of your time. I received a courtesy call that he could arrive a little earlier than my set appointment and asked if that was okay. I like that they give you a set time and not a four hour time window. I also appreciate that they advise you via email as to who your technician will be, along with a photo and some background of the technician. Was also nice to see the same technician Ricky from the previous year.

Highly recommend Talent Pest Control! They are extremely professional, honest and easy to work with. They will take the time to explain all their thorough findings and solutions to your problem. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the other companies out there. Overall, I’m really happy with them and would definitely use them again.
Talent Pest Control are rockstars! From the time they did the initial inspection until the completion of the job was great. The customer service team was awesome too. The inspector and the technicians were professional and explained everything that needed to be done and what was accomplished at the end. I recommend Talent to anyone who wants to keep their house protected.
Mike arrived promptly on time and patiently waited for me to secure my small dog. He was polite and very communicative about what he was doing and where he’d be. I have 3 small children (and the dog) and he even communicated on the safety and thoughtfulness of what and where he placed traps, sprayed, put the pellet stuff. VERY THOROUGH! His kindness was also a great bonus to the experience! Mike is an asset to the company and his integrity and dedication are top tier! I’d have him handle our pest control issues anytime! Thank you for the great service!
