Today Mr Kyle came by my home for termites inspection and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped on deciding the best plan and for a great price. I have been a customer of Alta for over a year and I will continue to use them. I highly recommend them to friends.
Alta pest control has been exceptional with their customer service, knowledge, and expertise. All of my questions are answered and every concern addressed. I have had great success with the pest control solution they provide and no longer have to deal with the pain of cockroaches in my yard, garage, and home. The service is affordable, timely, and stress free. I love that I have scheduled treatments for our home and can easily reach customer service anytime. I highly recommend Alta.
They offer a monthly service for $90 per month. I reached out because I continue to be charged this monthly fee and pay it but realize in my customer portal that nobody has been out since December and they missed last November service. They said that they don’t perform services between the month of January and April but we are still responsible for paying. so just to make sure that I was tracking properly – I asked the customer service representative if I understood correctly that I am still responsible for paying regardless if they perform services or not, and she said yes.
