I’ve now been using Getem Services for two separate homes in Portsmouth and they’ve always listened to my concerns.
Andrew came out to my new home and checked every crevice and corner of the house, spending way longer than I anticipated him to. I gave him a laundry list of insects I’ve been seeing around my house and he immediately concocted a plan on how to get rid of them, and when he ran out of time, he came back a week later at no additional charge. I haven’t seen any bugs since!

After experiencing a termite swarm in my garage, I searched for a pest control company that was local and has been in business for many years. Since 1922, 4th generation family business with excellent reviews, I was hopeful Getem serviced Newport News, Va. The friendly and courteous office personal accommodated my availability and I was scheduled for a free termite inspection. Andrew Jones was to the minute on time, professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Andrew proceeded to complete a thorough termite inspection. He gave details of my termite invasion…some of which others missed. Andrew answered my questions, explained an action plan and gave me a detailed, reasonable quote. After comparing three (3) different pest control companies that also offered free inspections, action plans and quotes; I made my informed decision to safeguard my home with technician Andrew Jones/Getem Pest Control.
Actual day of service, Andrew was efficient and tidy in his work. When completed, he reminded me of Getem’s guarantee. Great Job Andrew!
