The team showed up and got a quick brief of my problem. They got straight to work and explained how each treatment works as well as when it was safe for kids and pets to be back outside. They were very knowledgable and made me feel like I knew what to expect post treatment. They explored the crawlspace and back yard as well and gave suggestions to ensure wood destroying insects didn’t move in. Overall great in person experience. The pricing is great considering what the value is to my family. (Couldn’t go outside due to wasps and carpenter bees). The receptionist was great as well and scheduled us for the next morning.
Side note if you’ve read the review this far. I called at least four to five other companies including one that another company suggested and none of them could help me or return calls in the Suffolk area. Go Forth answered on the first call and scheduled me right away.
I highly recommend this pest control service! Ruby does an amazing job—she is thorough, professional, and provides excellent customer service. She takes the time to inspect everything carefully and ensures all concerns are addressed. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude make the experience seamless.
Ruby is an excellent tech and is very knowledgeable with questions I have for her. She’s detailed oriented and does not hurry just to get the job done and go to the next job. She makes sure she reachs out to me when she’s on her way and lets me know when she is done and to see if I have any questions for her before taking off. I highly recommend her as your technician to get the job done right that you pay for. Great to have her as our technician for all of our properties. Excellent job Ruby!!
Had a great experience with go-forth, the technician was very informative and professional. We chose to go with them and they were able to spray our property right then and there. 10/10 recommend on account of affordability, timeliness, and professionalism!
My first time service was excellent. Tamika and the young man were very professional and respectful of my property. They answered my questions and concerns and explained the process and what I’m to expect for the next 48-72 hours. It is my hope that we have a successful service provider and customer relationship over the next 11 months…

The service technician I had today was wonderful. He was professional, pleasant, thorough, and very respectful to me and the property.
I’m still very pleased with this service. The technicians have been exceptional and I’ve learned something new about the process during all of my three treatments. Tamika and the young man she was training during the first treatment, the young man who was the second technician was also excellent. I had Ruby again today and again she was excellent, professionally, and respectful of the property. She as well as the previous service technicians asked about the areas of concern and treated not only my concern areas but the most common areas they automatically knew to treat.
Currently I’m very pleased with the results I’m experiencing. Thank you!☺️
