Called for service for mice. First guy answered was super nice said they would do all the things to remedy the situation. Had me sign a contract before anyone even came. Tech came same day. Spent 30 min at my home most of the time talking about nonsense. Then said he would put glue traps in the yard and a bait station. I explained again we had pets and that traps in the yard wouldn’t work and the mice were in the crawl space anyway. Finally he agreed to put a handful of glue traps and a single bait station under the house. I asked about repellent or sealing entries any type of actual pest control I was told would be done. He said he could spray but would be back later in the day, it was 4 hours waiting for his return. He said he wouldn’t be back to check the glue traps for a month! When I asked again about sealing entries etc was told the ‘inspector’ would come and discuss a remediation plan. Didn’t realize this was extra costs. Well next day inspector never came after I waited all day. Contacted the branch and was given excuse after excuse. Finally on the 3rd day I said cancel the contract and refund my money. Brandon the manager stopped communicating with me and I’ve spent hours on hold trying to get my money back and void a contract. $172 for 8 glue traps they won’t even check is ludicrous! I was told the regional manager would contact me. Also didn’t happen. I’ve had to file a chargeback from my bank and dispose of dead mice on glue traps myself. And the bot that will respond to this gives you a number that will have to on hold for hours.
When my duplex neighbor told me this morning she had her place treated for roaches I freaked because that would mean they’d be all migrating to my place, so I immediately called them and they were able to have someone come out today, hours later, to treat my place! Gentlemen who came was super friendly and professional. Not to mention understanding of my chaotic messy house. 10/10 recommend!
