I have been fighting having mice in my home for about 4 months now. I’ve have the contract with Mitchell for quarterly pest maintenance so I have used them for this same issue since it’s covered. I’ve had 4 different techs come to my home to try to contain this mice problem. I had not seen much success and it was continuing to get more frustrating. Today, Fred came to my home and I just wanted to thank him for going above and beyond to solve the problem of how these rodents was getting into my home. The 1st one after having 4 techs! I’m so grateful and feel confident that soon this will no longer be a issue because of his findings. He even pulled out my refrigerator and stove, swept, and scrubbed the floors with bleach for me. Again, above and beyond and I appreciated it! I got an email for a follow up from him within an hour after he left. I will request his assistance every time I have an issue. I am looking forward to finally having a peace of mind! I also want to thank the scheduling department for getting Fred to my home within hours after I called for an appointment!!
