Brian S. & Mike are awesome! We had them come out today for a mice problem. They were very helpful and explained the options thoroughly. They were able to do some interventions to help immediately and then also set us up with an appointment for an additional service to completely solve our mouse problem. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They were very sweet to my inquisitive kiddos also! Highly recommend!
I have always been happy with the service provided by EcoShield. But today Brian S. exceeded my expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. He went above and beyond the usual service. He asked if I had any specific concerns and provided options for solutions without a pressured sales pitch. I highly recommend them.
