100% Recommend this company. After 6 estimates, this is the only company that came out, inspected our attic space, gave us honest information. No sales or fear tactics used on us. Had the best price too. Very professional and knowledgeable. Kyle took his time to explain everything and answered my questions. The tech that came out to do the agreed work, his name is Victor and he was super nice, professional and also answered any questions I had. Very pleasant experience through and through. I am a real estate agent and have used many different termite and moisture companies during my 20+ years in real estate. Our humid summer climate and weather has made most crawl spaces a problem area for buyers and sellers.
I use Pestout because they are reliable, efficient, professional and provide excellent communication. Their fees are reasonable for the work they’re doing. You can spend $30,000 to get something pretty and maybe take things further but the return on investment is better with this company. Their staff/ Brian, Sophia and Allison take great care of my clients and I appreciate them for that. Their employees doing the work are all worth acknowledging too but I don’t know all their names!
Big Thanks to Pestout. Im doing a home refinance through the VA and one of the requirements is a termite inspection. Pestout got me an appointment within a very short timeframe. The inspector was courteous, on time and very professional explaining the whole process to me. They provided all the receipts and inspection paperwork on the spot at the conclusion of the inspection so I could get it to the mortgage company without delay. Appreciate them making the inspection so painless!!. Refinancing is a big enough headache.
The team that did the house foundation repair was friendly and efficient and answered all our questions.
They cleaned up the areas, showed us photos of the repair work and said the inspector (Robbie) would be here the following Monday to look.
Robbie took extra time under the house to inspect the work, take more photos and even looked at other areas of our foundation to see if we had others that needed repair. They cleaned up report was great as no additional work was needed.
