My most recent experience with Raynor, Tremayne, and Donnell left me feeling good about this company and its employees. My first experience was not good. Their first treatment of bugs did not work, their second did not get the spiders and the ground bees I called them out for.
This time, Raynor came out for a free attic inspection. He was spot on about how old and type of my insulation, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about insect and vermin habits, and gave me options. I was so impressed I allowed their insulation team to help remedy the issue.
The insulation team of Tremayne and Donnell were on time, efficient, thorough, and all around great guys. Their containment was top notch, they cleaned well afterward, and the attic look great! Excellent job to all three of you!
Layna came out to do our yard while it was snowing and below freezing. She was absolutely lovely despite the weather conditions. Although, she was able to knock down some developing webs and spray the yard, I do worry it will all be washed away due to weather conditions.
I have Moxie Pest control, and had Termite services added on because of some obvious signs of termite activity. Krystal was super friendly, she was very efficient, got right to work, obviously knew exactly what she was doing and got all the termite bait stations installed very quickly. She made sure that I knew what she was doing as she was working and at the end of the job provided all the details of the services.
I will now never use this company for the sole fact that one of their technicians proceeded to ring my doorbell today to solicit their services…even though my door bell and front door have crystal clear signage against soliciting. I asked him if he was able to read the signs and when he replied that he could, I asked him why he still thought he should ring my doorbell and he said because he is already working across the street and wanted to let me know in case I needed his services, that he would do it for “super cheap” and that he “has to compete with the big guys somehow”. I will ALWAYS support a small business over a larger corporation, however if you don’t respect the clear boundaries I have visibly set and instead blatantly disregard them, then I will never allow a person like that into my home. I then had to stop him from doing the same thing of inconveniencing my poor neighbor across the street whose elderly wife is currently having 24/7 in-home nursing care. It’s 2024 and I can assure you that NO ONE likes their door knocked on any longer for selling services. I hope management will take this feedback into consideration.
Vincent came to service our property today and did a great job. I felt like for the first time, we received the service that we were promised when we signed the contract. I will stay with this company as long as I continue to get the great service that Vincent provided today.
