We have used E&R for the past few years. They came and incapsulated our crawl space and installed a dehumidifier. From start to finish of that project, they were great to work with. We have them come out yearly to check and service the dehumidifier and inspect the crawl space for moisture and pests. They are always prompt and knowledgeable. We are in the process of selling our home and I wanted to be sure that the next owner would be able to have the home serviced if they chose. They were helpful in navigating this and setting things up. Highly recommend!
E & R was recommended to me this morning. I am adding an addition on to my house, the block was laid and it was time to exterminate for termites. I called them, Trish answered the phone and within minutes felt like I was talking to an old friend! I told her what I was doing, and within an hour Brian showed up! Again, so friendly! He knocked it out in no time and told me they would come back to spray around the outside of the house whenever I was ready. I would recommend this company to ANYONE! Anyone building a house knows how stressful it can be. If everything could be this easy!! Thank you E&R for an amazing experience!!
We have used E&R’s quarterly service for the year we have lived in Yorktown since moving here from the West Coast. From the very first service, Alex has been very knowledgeable and forthcoming with advice on how we can continue to prevent bugs after he’s finished spraying, before he returns the following quarter. I love that they always send the same tech, and they are wonderful at calling to schedule your appointment. We will continue to use them and highly recommend their services.
