Star City Pest is nothing if not prompt and professional. I reached out and they had me scheduled within a day. Zach came out to take care of bees and did so quick and thorough. He was polite, understanding and had wonderful customer communication. I signed up for a quarterly plan for all insects and ticks for our yard, I have no doubt Star City Pest Control will keep my yard insect free and my dog and family safe from ticks and mosquitos. The whole team at Star City is great! Family owned business!
From the beginning till now I can say I have no complaints so far. The texting and emails to remind you of your coming up appointment is wonderful. I really enjoyed speaking with Austin Crone. I prefer him for my appointment every month. He speaks and explains to you what is needed. What to do and if anything is needed or even if you have a question call we will help. I will recommend this company.

Technicians were knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. Very polite and professional! The bat prevention measures were done swiftly, and they even took pictures while in the attic to show me what measures were done to prevent further bats from trying to enter the attic!
