Recently bought a house and these guys were the inspectors before I closed. They inspected the property for termites. Within about two weeks of moving in I had termites all over the kitchen and bathroom of the house. I called Perdue and left a voicemail for someone to call me back and never heard anything. I hired orkin to come out and take care of the termite situation and they said it had been ongoing for atleast a year and could see signs of entry to the house. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Cost me $5000 after I closed on the house for damage and to remove them. Thanks for nothing, I wouldn’t trust y’all to watch paint dry

Richard was great! He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the kinds of bugs that were making their way into our home. He worked his magic and within 2 days we didn’t see any more bugs inside. Thanks, Richard!
I’ve uses Perdue for six years and been pleased until now. I’ve called eight times and they won’t answer the phone. I’ve been unavailable when they call back. Very frustrating!
