Jeremiah and Stephen are so pleasant and knowledgeable about their job they really know how to put their clients at ease. They are straight forward and honest. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Monty comes to our house and provides the service each month. He does a great job and is very friendly. My dogs have gotten to know him and he always checks in with us if we are home to see if there is any addition things needed.
Our technician today was named Jay. He arrived right around 2 PM, which was great since our appointment window was from 2 PM to 4 PM; typically, these appointments tend to be later. He took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked and listened to my experiences. As we walked through each room of my house, I shared my concerns with him. He discovered a significant issue in my attic that I would have remained unaware of if it weren’t for his expertise. It’s hard to imagine what could have happened otherwise. He recommended using Orkin to address the attic problem, and it was clear he was genuinely trying to help rather than upselling us. He even managed to schedule that appointment in the same day. Jay was such a pleasant person, and we look forward to working with him again in the future!
