For the past 8 years I have been using Western Exterminator as my go-to pest control company. Kristin is my technician and I am SO happy with not only the Customer Service she provides, but even more importantly to me, I appreciate the Customer CARE that she provides! I have always been a person who prefers to develop personal relationship with the Companies, and their people, with whom I do business. In that respect, I have always preferred to see the same person each time for the services they will be providing me, instead of just being assigned to a random person for a single service at any given time. This allows me to develop a relationship, not only with the person themselves, but I see it as also building a positive relationship with the company that they work for.
For a number of reasons, I can be a challenging client to connect with and actually get my service done, but Kristen has bent over backwards to work with me to complete my service on days and at times that work for my schedule. She has always been friendly and easy to work with, but she has gone above and beyond simple friendliness and being easy to work with. Kristin has been unfailingly cheerful and kind in the face of the many challenges it takes to get my services scheduled and completed. She has never once made me feel as if she is exasperated, or upset with these challenges… She has never made me feel that she is put out or put upon (And unfortunately, in the past, this has not always been the case)… But rather she has ALWAYS remained cheerful, kind, and has taken care of my needs with a kind word and a smile always on her face. I feel as if she has become my friend, and I always look forward to hearing from her and seeing her when she comes to do my services. Thank you, Kristen! You’re the best and you ROCK! Kristin is an awesome technician! I give her a 5-star rating! She always texts to let me know when she will be out for our quarterly service. She is friendly and capable. She responds quickly when needed to address any new issues in between regular appointments but we rarely need her to. Thanks!

I appreciate her thoroughness to our property both inside and out, as a result we’ve had no major problems with pests or mice. Kristen , keep up the great work. This company has been my best control company for years. Kaylah is great to work with. Good communication, very friendly and does a great job and I feel she is willing to go the extra mile.
