I had a roach problem that gotten out control and I called Jackson Pest Control for help. We had 2 appointments for the service in about a 3 week time frame. We have one appointment set up to finish. The problem is now under control. These people do a great job…friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and communication is top notch. As a commercial and residential property manager for 15 + years I have dealt with about half a dozen different pest control companies in multiple states. Jackson is the best I’ve dealt with in my career. If you value communication, honesty, and quick turnaround on service as well as effective service and treatment, Jackson is the company for you to call.
I had a great experience with this company when I hired them to spray for ants recently. Tyler, the technician who came to treat for ants, was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain the process and patiently answered all my questions about the treatment. I was really impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of pest control services.
Multiple visits to handle a bee problem. Sprayed for them out side our house forcing them in an exhaust fan in our main floor bathroom. Thousands of bees dead and alive fell into the bathroom for weeks. The owner said he would visit to make sure it gets handled and never showed. Still got a bill for $200 and we had to remove the nest above our bathroom ceiling and clean up the entire mess. We couldn’t use the bathroom for almost three weeks. We would not recommend this service. The owner also had the chance to make things right when we called to pay them and he choose not to. I’m not cheap just expect service when it is promised. I would have paid $500 to get the problem handled.
Very good company to do business with. Prompt service, texted me ahead of time to let me know date and time they would be at the property. Customer Service is spot on! Great company to work with!
