Mark was our inspector and was he fantastic! Very professional, and communication was perfect. We did a whole house and well inspection and Mark made sure everything was looked over and was very knowledgeable about the house. Mark cared a lot about our house and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. I will be using Aardvark for all my future inspections!

I love how detailed and thorough Kevin was with our inspection. With my husband purchasing a manufactured home for the first time we wanted to make sure that since it was refurbished and over 30 years old that we knew it was in safe living condition. I also love that since my closing date was pushed back the warranty company is willing to hold off on starting it till closer to our close. I also love that since repairs are being done we can have it re-inspected for a quarter or the original cost. Thank you Kevin for you hard work and thorough job during the 3rd snowiest day of the year.
Kevin was amazing. He did a really thorough job with the inspection (maybe a bit to thorough, lol) but I’m glad we now know everything the condition of most of the things in the house we are buying. He gave detailed explanations of the things he found and highlighted the things we needed to worry about (expense wise) vs. fixes we could make ourselves. I’d read some not so great reviews about Aardvark, but trusted our realtor because he recommended them…And I’m super glad we stuck with them – highly recommend!
