Travon came out to my home today and did a super job. He was very theral & detailed in his approach to assist us with the wasps issues we were having. He was very professional & knowledgeable and had so many wasps running out of there hiding places. I was well pleased with his service.

As usual I got a professional, courteous, thorough and timely application done. My tech Joseph R. did a great job. I give him a 10. For a job well done. Here’s another 10 for today 10-18-2024. I mean, look at this guy. He’s about the business…All these guys do great work and they take their time to get it right.
Greenix service was bad from the start. We signed up due to having stink bugs. When we signed up we were told a technician would come once a month, that was a lie, its every 3 months. We had the service for a year and 1/2 due to the contract, during this time I called and complained about 10 times due to reoccurrences between visits. I was offered complimentary visits at no charge, but it didn’t help. Once I had to call and complain about a technician showing up, sat in his truck from 20 minutes and left without providing services. I called on 1/30 to cancel services and was offered a complimentary service after I kept telling them the services were not working for us and I wanted to cancel. I was told they would spray inside and outside the house, but the technician never came in. Now today 2 months later I was charged again, and when I called I was told ok I can cancel your services today but I can’t refund you the amount that was deducted today. But then before he cancelled he offered a complimentary visit again, which I turned down. I was told by one technician that the reason I had reoccurrence’s so quickly between services was because there is no known knowledge of any pesticide that gets rid of stink bugs, the pesticide they use works on over 1,000 insects but not proven to work on stink bugs. Now when we signed up we were told the pesticide would work on them. Service is unsatisfactory and customer service was not only bad but useless.
There was only one downfall and that’s the third-party customer service representative who answers the phone first. Definitely too many questions and miscommunications. Once I was transferred to a representative, it was A pleasure to speak with David. He walked me through all the questions that I had regarding pest control. My issue was the basic ant and spider issues. And gave me time to consider this establishment. I ended up going with them with no regrets. Was able to get someone out the same day and that Young lady was wonderful. Walking me through everything she found and how I could control the ant problems that we seem to get during The spring. I’m really glad that I chose Greenix.
I couldn’t be more happy with my service! Every Greenix technician I have met has been very thorough with their work! I haven’t had an ant in the house for at least 3 seasons thanks to them! Very highly recommended and satisfied. Thank you!
