We use Franklin for preventing pest issues year-round. The technicians are always nice and dependable and work around our schedule and what works for us.
My technician was punctual, polite, and educational. He explained about the life cycle of ants and other insects. Customer service was very timely and helpful as well.
Scheduled on the phone and they came out the next day. Technician texted when he was an hour out and was on time, spent a good time checking things out and explained things well. A bit pricey for a one time service imo but I’m really glad I had them come out and take care of my issue and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
We’ve used Franklin for several years. They always are here on schedule, and always courteous. We aren’t bothered by any pests inside or on the exterior. Would recommend their services!
