Not only is the technician that came out the owner but he’s also incredibly friendly and polite. EcoLiving also does a great job communicating what they’re looking to do to solve your pest problems and making sure that the job is done. I’ve recommended them countless times to other people for their professionalism and their value. It’s great to be outdoors and not worry about the mosquitoes bugging our children!
We have EcoLiving come out on a quarterly basis and are very happy with the service. When we call the office is great and always accommodating. I like the text reminders. The technicians are friendly, professional, on time and courteous of our pets. Highly recommend!
EcoLiving did not disappoint! They called to update me on the final cost of the job before they began, which I appreciated. The stubborn colony of yellow jackets required a second round of spray to get rid of, which was included in the original cost. All communication has been prompt, friendly, and courteous. Very pleased and will continue to use their services.
Excellent service all around. Sara (without an “h”) was very friendly and helpful with answering my questions. Spencer was fantastic with his inspection and offering advice on things to look for, and good preventative options. Gave me peace of mind moving into my new place. I definitely recommend them, and will call them if I have any issues in the future, or just want another inspection.
