Owen our service man is great. Knowledgeable, takes his time to do it right! He is very personable, and he is definitely someone that helps the image of the company. Always dressed in uniform, and he keep things very neat. Your service team is and represents your company. This guy is one to not let go, and let him keep helping the image of Orkin.
Owen was my new service technician. He asked me if there was any problems I was having that he needed to address. I am not having any issues at this time so I told him no, but I typically have some issues with ants. He said he would watch for signs of them and treat them promptly. I was very pleased with him and what a polite and courteous young man!
Ever met anyone who’s proud of or excited about their attic? We are. Orkin materials and processes are top-notch and the people/team are lights-out, off-the-charts amazing. Levi and Josh expertly remediated our two attic spaces, sealed them up tight, and installed blown-in insulation that is also treated against anything that might want to play in our attic. Thanks to them, with assists by Joe and Case and QC by Troy, our home is more comfortable, energy-efficient, and protected. And professional-polite-personable all the way.
Amazing service. They didn’t get mad that the first appointment I didn’t hear them knock because the door bell is broke.
The guy was helpful. Knowledgeable. Scheduled a crawl space and attic seal/inspection in a couple days, and even a follow up here in a week.
The price is so reasonable it cost less per month than a phone or Internet bill.
10/10 would recommend. Orkin is amazing. There is now way I could have taken in this mouse infestation myself. So, ready for my house to be clean again without needing to detail hard to reach areas everyday.
