Tiyler Wilson did an amazing job for us, he was on time, very easy to work with and knew exactly what we needed. He answered all questions professionally and we truly could not be more pleased with his work. We would recommend him everytime.
My daughter recently called Blue Beetle to come out and treat for rodents .
Everything was good, but my issue with the service is that they don’t remove the pest.
It’s Easter weekend with all plans of cooking, dying eggs with my grandson and family.
I was told that Blue Beetle would be coming on Monday.
The Easter weekend will be completely over, the mice that are dead are decomposing on the floor, leaving a smell.
I was told I’m not able to mop , sweep or scrub the floor , well because the treatment wouldn’t be effective.
The entire reason for calling them in the first place, is because I was incapable of of trapping and picking them up.
What a DISASTER!!!!
