Technician Joe Cusic performed a nice work. He was very punctual, courteous, detail oriented and focused on finding solutions for the reported issue. I explained him about the ant infestation and treated the area and surrounding possible infestation sites very well. I would want him to visit the property again for next treatment.
We had a great initial consult with Hunter who did a very thorough job inspecting, and educating us on the concerns he saw. He treated the inside and outside of house, and took care of some pesky critters in our attic! First visit was overall 10/10. Can’t wait for their return to continue maintenance checks! Would highly recommend. Hunter clearly enjoys what he does and so happy we met him!
Ben was able to fit me in the same day, which I really appreciated. He took his time explaining the treatment process for our bug issue thoroughly and helped put my mind at ease.
Everybody was very knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with and understand the process. They were out to do my inspection very fast and many options available for scheduling treatment. They did a great job with the treatment process and explaining everything to me. Definitely recommend them if you need anything done!
