Saela Pest Control

I signed up for service with this company last year when they showed up on my door step. Mistake number 1. Everything went smoothly until I needed to reschedule a service appointment. They sent me a message a few days ago stating they were coming today for my two month spray. I contacted their customer service line immediately to reschedule as I was going to have landscapers on my property in the way. I was assured that I would get a phone call back with a rescheduled date. I called a second time later that afternoon to verify a rescheduled date was made. I was again reassured by another service rep that I would hear back from someone with a new appointment. NO ONE CONTECTED ME BACK! Fast forward 2 days later, no contact from this company what so ever, my security cameras go off. Saela is at my home spraying all over my yard which, was not authorized, and an hour after he leaves I get a text that he is on his way to my house. I called customer service, very upset. Was told there is no management I can speak to and get this, THEY WILL HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME to resolve my issue. This company is a joke. I told them that when my contract is up, I am canceling service. They told me I would have to make another phone call to do that! I do not like how this business is ran. The customer’s needs are not put first and their customer service is only a call center that passes your message along. I’ll hold my breath for a call back! If you are reading this, considering whether or not to use this company, let me save you all the trouble! This was a VERY expensive lesson that I had to learn. Don’t end up like me!

Their contracts are designed specifically to trap and screw clients. And they never stop trying to sell you more even when you are trying to cancel service. If you are looking for an honest pest control service best look elsewhere. These people are a bunch shady crooks
