We have been with orkin since Aug of 2024. We called to cancel them towards the end of October because we weren’t seeing any improvement of a roach problem. The supervisor called and said he was going to personally come and inspect our home and do extra things not including in the typical treatment on Friday 11/1. He never called and never showed up. They came out in November and no one was home, so they only treated the outside. We got billed for a full service. When I called to cancel again they said they would come out and do the full service we were billed. It was scheduled 12/9/24. Again, no call no show. Not only have the treatments not been working but they also have poor communication. We will never use them again.
Austin was great, he did everything she said he was gonna do. I didn’t have to remind him of anything. He actually seemed like he cared about doing a good job would definitely recommend 10/10 He was friendly and fun to talk to.
