These guys are great! They stop by on a quarterly basis and I’m big free. Tyler always calls a few days ahead of time to schedule the next visit, and he always shows up at the time specified. I also have an annual inspection that helps keep me aware of any issues I may have to address in the near future. They offer a lot more than just pest control as well. I’ll always keep Terminix around.
Really helpful technician. Kenton is very good at explaining the whole termite issue. Thankfully we don’t have any but I feel a bit more knowledgeable now.
They sent a salesman, not an inspector. He didn’t even look to see if there was an issue and had clearly already decided he was going to sell us a $2000 package. No thanks. I’ll go with a company that pays attention to the issue at hand and seems to care about what a family is dealing with.

The company had overcharged us multiple times after we had paid in full. It happened so often that I had to shut down my credit card and completely rearrange all my accounts associated with it.
I’m giving Sam all five stars!!! He is such an excellent service provider. He shows up on time, is friendly and so patient listening to our pest issues, then he sets about quickly to take care of them.

The technician Tyler Smith and the rest of the technical crew did an outstanding job in their attempt to seal off our roof and place traps, to extract squirrel rodents from our premise, and returning several times to monitor the squirrel activity, in order to eradicate the squirrel infestation to our complete satisfaction.
