Pro Pest Exterminators

Been using Propest for years now and they have always provided excellent service, I usually have Mike as my technician and everything always goes smoothly, he is so personable and makes me feel like my home is well taken care of. Every once in a while its a different tech, they are good just not AS good as Mike. he is definitely the reason we have continued with this service!! Thank you for being AMAZING Mike!

I called this company for a quote for my lawn 7-8 years ago. I never got a quote and I never spoke with them again but they started coming to my house without calling or telling me and treated my yard several times without telling me or providing me information on the treatments they were doing. I refused to pay and I didn’t because what they did was shady as hell. The woman in the office at the time was hateful and told me that’s how they operate. They don’t call customers before they come service your yard. What kind of company doesn’t provide quotes, confirm services and provide information on their services?!!! YOU CANT JUST DECIDE TO SERVICE SOMEONES LAWN BECAUSE THEY CALLED FOR A QUOTE! You have to give the quote then confirm the customer wants the treatments.
I have a very good lawn service now and they let me know every time they come. They also send me information on the treatment they did and anything we needed to do on our end. That’s how you run a business. Pro Turf/Pest- take notes and do better.

I didn’t realize pro pest was part of pro turf because it’s been years since the earlier event occurred. I called for a quote for voles in my yard and this time they did give me a quote and I agreed and gave them my card number. They told me they would call to set up the service date. A week later no one had called me so I called to get an update. They didn’t know why I hadn’t gotten a call, apologized and promised someone would call to schedule within a week. That was a few weeks ago and no one called.
Today they show up, without calling, to treat for the voles. I called them to complain and they told me I have to request to have a call and they don’t normally call ahead of services. WHAT?!!! They also didn’t leave any information about the treatment they did or what to expect. Nor did they even complete the services that were quoted to me. They only set the poison but I was told they would fill in the holes the voles dug to prevent them from coming back. The guy told my husband we were responsible for that. NOT TRUE!

Don’t use this company. Very poor communication to their customers.
