Wendell and his wife were great. I had found out that my grandmother brought bedbugs into my home. Wendell walked me through the process. I communicated with him through phone call for a couple months before I ended up booking with him on the day of treatment He was great at helping me get the last few things done that needed to be done him and his wife were very nice and thorough with their cleaning and we are very well pleased with the turnout and so happy that we are free of bugs in our home. The situation was very overwhelming as it can be, but having Wendell and his wife be the ones to do the treatment made a bad experience, a good one!
They are great! Fast and i highly recommend them. I will be using them in the at lest once a year. To just sanitize my house. And the air quality when they are done with worth the weight in gold! Thank you for going above and beyond for all our needs. Also the it kills mold and i was so happy they took care of that for me.
This company is beyond 5 stars! I had called Wendell about the problem we had and scheduled me for an appointment right away. He did things in a timely manner, making sure to touch base with me on anything I may need to know about after care, and way I could prevent this from happening again. Thank you bed bug proz!
