My tech was an hour late. Didn’t explain the payment process he just took my card said I was ok now I’m getting charge for a service I thought I paid for months ago! Why not call if my bill wasn’t paid in full! Communication could be better on both ends from the tech and from the home office. This is my time second using this company and both services was almost a year apart and don’t get me wrong my ants are gone but I wish it was better communication skills from this company won’t come back again.
Just had Robert come out to spray and he was really amazing! I can’t say anything but GREAT things about this company. Very reassuring and gives you peace of mind. He went through everything and verified my concerns. Truly thankful for them. My neighbor was also amazed and asked for the info. Thank you again!
