I’ve had Adam Craig come out to my house twice now, and both times he was fantastic. Super nice, very knowledgeable, thorough, and just all-around great to work with. He was fast, efficient, and his customer service is top-notch. Honestly, Terminix is lucky to have someone like him — people like Adam who not only know the products but also treat customers so well are the real face of a company. They deserve to be recognized (and honestly, paid more) because that’s what keeps customers coming back. Highly recommend Terminix, especially if you get Adam Craig!
Christopher provided friendly and efficient service when he was at our home! He worked quickly and answered all of our questions with a smile! We love to see him every month, and hope to do so in the future!
Very nice technician, I feel like he listened to my questions and concerns. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I called back and talked to a manager about another service and he was extremely helpful! Been a few weeks now and had no issues at all! Will be a lifelong costumer!
I’ve been with terminex since we moved into our home march 2023. We found termites in the mulch and didn’t want that to spread. They came and put traps in to take care of the issue along with general pest. I was paying $32 a month for termite service. The one service I cared about the most since we actually had termites in the mulch before. Fast forward to now march 2025. The last service call I was charged for they needed a metal detector to find the traps but didn’t have one so needed to come back. Which like okay whatever no big deal. That service call never got rescheduled but they definitely kept my money. But then I realized we put mulch down of may 2024. How are they still covered if it’s been almost a year? So I started watching. The visit yesterday 3/18/25 the showed up walked the perimeter of my house with no metal detector and got back in their truck and left. They were here for 4 minutes……4 minutes. How can you do the service that quick and not even look? So now I feel like I’ve been scammed. Knowing they couldn’t find them last time I feel like my service hasn’t actually been done at least since may when the mulch was put down. None of the traps have been disturbed from what I can tell since then. So now I’m out about $384 for something that I don’t trust actually happened. So I have since then canceled service on termites and general pest. If all they are going to do is walk around my house I can do that for free.
I’ve had a great experience with Terminix. They are fast, explain everything plus answer question & efficient. Chris is absolutely the best. Jim was thorough when looking over the house.
