Logan arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job of explaining the details of how the process works.
He took the time to check the various areas of concern with me and to explain how to proceed.
He did a very careful job of placing the devices in our yard and left everything nice and neat when he was finished. It was a truly excellent experience to have someone treat our home that showed they cared about the job they did.
Called as new customer and the process of starting the contract and setting up my appointment was easily done over phone. Also when Jesse, the tech, came out he was great. He explained everything that he was doing, and what the reasons were for doing it. I would recommend them to anyone.
Logan and his assistant were outstanding today. They moved appliances and furniture, and were very thorough and understanding of what I was encountering. We came up with a plan and they also placed some extra equipment in place to help solve my problems. They were also punctual and waited for me to get there to explain things. Stellar work and highly recommended!
