It all started with a groundhog. While trying to catch a groundhog living my mom’s crawl space, termites were discovered. I asked several friends and they all recommended IPM. Zach came to do the quote. He was thorough, knowledgeable and so professional. We scheduled IPM and they were amazing. Chris and his team treated mom’s house with so much respect. They were very polite, well mannered and hard working. My mom felt that the job was well done. She was very satisfied. Everything was explained so well. So glad the groundhog helped us find IPM.
Chris and Zach and the other young man whose name I didn’t get were exceptional and helpful in every way. Zach was our initial contact at the house and he inspected things thoroughly, listened to our concerns, and developed the initial plan. He was a terrific first impression for IPM. Chris led the service team and they were efficient, thorough and most importantly very personable. Chris was the final contact and he explained the necessary signatures and answered my wife’s question in an unhurried and cordial way. He is a very fine communicator. Everything for the treatment of our property went exactly as Zach had said when he did the estimate. Based on our contact with these fine employees, we have nothing but compliments and appreciation for IPM! We recommend them in every way.

We cannot say enough good things about IPM. Matt came highly recommended and came within 24 hours to discuss and inspect our termite concerns. He answered all our questions and gave us a very reasonable quote with no high pressure.
Chris and Kam came yesterday to perform the service. They arrived on time, were so polite, respectful, thoughtful and worked non-stop. Matt even stopped by to make sure everything was going well. Chris answered any questions or concerns during the treatment and then sat down with us and explained thoroughly what they had done and reassured us about the treatment.

IPM treated our house for termites a couple of years ago. Caleb has been doing an excellent job with the annual inspections and will now be treating the house and garage quarterly. He did a very thorough job of getting rid of our wasp nests and spraying for other insects. We highly recommend IPM to everyone in the Louisville area. Caleb is a true professional and will take good care of your home.
Caleb with IPM is professional and was very responsive when I told him about a pest issue. He came the next day, on time, and completed the job in a timely fashion. His fee was very reasonable, and without the pressure tactics other companies have tried. Caleb has impeccable character, and I highly recommend him and IPM!
