Absolutely a rip off, paid them to seal all exterior perimeter at cornice. They came out and used $2.00 painters chalk, did a hit and miss at cornice line, one man chalking while two men watched. 2.5 to 3 hours actually chalking going up and down ladder and bill you $4000 for a $400 job performance. Reported this with pictures to local office manager and he said he didn’t get on ladder to actually look at job 25’-30’ up but from ground he thought it looked ok from 30’ away. Pitiful response and service.

was great. I’m pleased with the people and work. They are very responsive to my concerns and needs. And work on a timely basis. They have been very responsive to me and the needs of this problem. I’m confident the problem is being solved and trust them. My 2025 vole/mole treatments have begun. Each tech tells me all that’s being done, what to expect and that I always have the option of contacting the office if I see problems
My experience with Orkin was nothing short of perfection.. Kyle the service tech who came out to service my apartment was extremely professional, kool, as well as knowledgeable on the task at hand. The technician John who serviced the outdoor perimeter of my home was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was going to treat and what insects are most common this time of year. I have seen a decrease in insect activity since starting service with Orkin. I highly recommend them, ask for John!
Orkin technician arrived on time after giving me notice he was coming. Removed old pest traps and put down new ones. Sprayed house inside & out with miracle repellent. Offered to return anytime we discovered any issues. Haven’t seen a bug in our home since Orkin took over that duty. Thanks Orkin for a great job all around.
