He turned a generic faceless business into a human connection that feels more trustworthy and approachable. I feel comfortable reaching out to him and know he’ll remember me. Much better than calling a general phone number and having to explain everything from the beginning. He went above and beyond to make sure I don’t feel like I’m just a number. I want him to be the person who continues to service my house.
Absolutely great experience with my service rep, Tracy. I had concerns about using a new company but he was kind, friendly and super efficient. He made sure he was very careful with my household items and explained everything he was doing. A great job and a pleasant experience. I wish all companies hired such great employees – it would make my life easier for sure.
The baits are big and not pleasant to see in your front yard. They never worked. I still saw small rodents under the rain rafters when I moved them to cut the grass. I continued to see spiders and wasp on my front porch. Finally they sprayed something so strong it’s killing worms that come out on my porch. I have to sweep my porch every day now. And to top it all off they want me to pay a cancelation fee.
Tracey the technician was great!!! The Greenix company is self is horrible. Call center is in the Philippines so needed to be transferred to domestic and they cant even get an appointment scheduled per conversation. Will see if their product actually works or I need to go elsewhere
